Instructions

1. Season the Pork Chops
Generously season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

2. Sear the Chops
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the pork chops and cook for about 4 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.

3. Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and parsley.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
Remove from heat.

4. Combine and Finish
Return the garlic butter to the skillet and heat until bubbly.
Place the pork chops back in the pan, spooning the butter over them.
Cook 2–3 minutes more until the chops are heated through and coated in the buttery sauce.

5. Serve
Plate the pork chops alongside your favorite sides—mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad—and drizzle with the remaining garlic butter from the pan.
