Sugar: 25 grams (2 tablespoons)
Yeast: 3 grams (1 teaspoon)
Bread Flour: 300 grams (2 cups)
Salt: 3 grams (1/2 teaspoon)

Instructions:

Combine the Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add 300 grams of bread flour and 3 grams of salt to the wet mixture. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.

Pour in 20 grams of olive oil and mix with a spatula until the oil is fully integrated into the dough.

First Rest:

Shield the bowl with a fresh kitchen towel or a piece of plastic wrap.Allow the dough to rest for about 20 minutes.

Final Mixing:

After the resting period, stir the dough once more until it becomes smooth. This process helps the dough rise without the need for kneading.

Second Rest:

Allow the dough to rest for an additional hour, covered, until it has doubled in size.

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) as the dough rises.

Shape and Bake:

Transfer the dough to your prepared mold, smoothing the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is a beautiful golden brown and produces a hollow sound when tapped.
