Deviled eggs have always been a hit at parties, but let’s be honest—they’re a bit tedious to prep for a crowd. That’s where Humpty Dumpty Dip comes in. This creamy, tangy spread takes everything you love about deviled eggs and turns it into an easy, scoopable dip perfect for gatherings, holidays, or even a late-night snack.

Smooth, savory, and just the right amount of kick, this dip is ideal when you want something simple but impressive. Whether you’re hosting friends for a game night, planning your next brunch spread, or just love the taste of classic deviled eggs, this dip deserves a spot on your table.

How to Make It

  1. Start with the eggs: Place 6 whole hard-boiled eggs into a food processor. Slice the remaining 6 eggs in half and add just the yolks to the food processor. Set the whites aside.
  2. Create the base: Add cream cheese, mayo, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne, and 1 teaspoon of chives to the processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add texture: Chop the reserved egg whites and stir them into the dip by hand. This adds a great texture and makes it feel more like traditional deviled eggs.
  4. Garnish and serve: Spoon the dip into a bowl. Top with the remaining chives, a sprinkle of paprika, and pickles if using. Serve chilled with crackers or fresh-cut vegetables.

Why You’ll Love It

Crowd-friendly: No individual stuffing required—just dip and go!

Flavor-packed: Every bite brings that classic deviled egg zing.

Versatile: Serve it as an appetizer, a spread for sandwiches, or part of a holiday platter.
