Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Crushed cornflakes or crispy fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons Melted butter

 

How to Prepare Crunchy Chicken Casserole

Step 1: Heat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
