Homemade Banana Sweet with 4 Ingredients

Ingredients (Makes 8-10 pieces)
- 3 overripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk or whole milk
- 1 tablespoon butter or ghee
Instructions
Mash the Bananas
- Peel and mash the overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth, leaving a few small lumps for texture.
Cook the Mixture
- In a non-stick pan, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir well.
- Place the pan over medium heat and cook, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.
- Continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Add the Butter
- Stir in the butter or ghee and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
- Remove from heat.
Shape and Cool
