Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole!!!

 

I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.One Pan Meatball Casserole is one of those dump it and forget it family favorites that everyone loves. It makes a great freezer meal and I’ve adapted it for the slow cooker and instant pot.

One pan dishes are the kind of recipes that motivate me to make dinner. I love the thought of few dishes and easy prep!

This is one of those magical dinners where uncooked noodles, sauce, and meatballs are all added to a casserole dish and baked together in the same pan! It doesn’t get much easier then that, and it’s the type of warm and comforting meal that everyone in your family will love!To Make this Recipe You’ Will Need the following ingredients:

 

Ingredients :

°1 kg of minced meat
°150 grams onion
°2 garlic cloves
°2 c. chopped parsley
°0.5 c. ground cumin
°40 gm unsalted butter
°Salt and pepper to taste

Directions :

Peeled onions & chopping coarsely.
Peeled & chop garlic.
Combine ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, minced parsley and ground cumin in a bowl. Adding some salt & pepper.
Utilize your hands, form for 10 to 12 ball of preparation. Placing meatball as you go on plate.

Heating soft butter & olive oil in casserole dish.
Putting meatballs inside & cooking for 15 min on low heat, stir regularly.
Serving meatballs immediately with white rice or semolina & homemade tomato cole.
