A bold, buttery, and spicy surf-and-turf skillet dinner! Juicy steak and shrimp tossed in homemade Cajun garlic butter sauce — ready in just 30 minutes.

  • Total Time: 25 mins
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

### Steak & Shrimp
– 1 lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-size cubes
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– ½ tsp paprika (optional)
– 1 tbsp olive oil

### Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– ½ tsp Cajun seasoning (or more to taste)

Instructions

1. Pat steak and shrimp dry. Season both with Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Add shrimp to the same pan. Cook 2 minutes per side or until pink and opaque. Remove.
4. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and extra Cajun seasoning.
5. Return steak and shrimp to the pan. Toss in the butter sauce for 1–2 minutes. Serve hot!

Notes

– Don’t overcook shrimp — they cook fast!
– Garnish with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
– Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
