This homemade garlic butter is creamy, savory, and packed with fresh garlic and herbs—perfect for bread, meats, and veggies.

Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

Instructions:

Add softened butter to a medium bowl.

Mix in garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Transfer to a container or form into a log.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Parmesan or roasted garlic. Wrap tightly and freeze for long-term storage.
