12 oz pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Instructions:
Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Add cream and milk; simmer.
Stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Add spinach; cook until wilted.
Return chicken and add pasta; toss well.
Season with red pepper flakes (optional).
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan. Add mushrooms or sun-dried tomatoes for extra depth.
