Ingredients for Coconut Chewies

Butter: 1/2 cup
Light Brown Sugar: 2 cups
Large Eggs: 2
Vanilla Extract: 2 teaspoons
Kosher Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon
All-Purpose Flour: 1 cup
Sweetened Flaked Coconut: 1 1/2 cups

 

Instructions

Prep: Preheat oven, line a 9×9 dish with parchment.
Brown Butter: Melt, then brown the butter. Swirl, don’t burn!
Mix: Stir in sugar, then eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder. Add flour and coconut.
