Crispy chicken tossed in a creamy-spicy Bang Bang sauce, layered on slider buns with fresh lettuce for the ultimate crowd-pleasing mini sandwich.

Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breast or thigh), cut into chunks

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil for frying

Bang Bang Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

1–2 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp honey (optional)

To Serve:

12 slider buns

Butter lettuce or shredded lettuce

Pickled jalapeños (optional)

Chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

Instructions:

Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.

Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in skillet to 350°F.

Dredge chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden (3–4 minutes per side).

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Toss fried chicken in sauce or drizzle on top.

Assemble sliders with lettuce, chicken, and toppings. Serve hot.

Notes

Double coat chicken for extra crunch. Sauce can be made ahead. Air-fry option available.
